Getting started guide
If you're new to Breww, you can quickly access our Getting started guide at any time for step-by-step instructions on setting up and using the platform.
Ask a question
The Ask a Question button should help you find the answer to your questions if we already have content on the topic. If we are unable to direct you to the answer, you will be given the option to either reach out to our team or the Breww community via the flow below:
"Cooper" is Breww's AI assistant. Think of Cooper as a Breww-focused ChatGPT. Breww has a huge amount of documentation, but with so much documentation, it can be difficult sometimes to find the bit you're looking for. Explain what you need help with to Cooper, and it will review all our documentation to help you find the answers that you need.
If Cooper cannot help you, simply ask for your question to be raised as a support ticket to our human support team. Cooper will raise a support ticket on your behalf, summarising the conversation that you had with it. Our team can then review your question and get back to you. Our team will be able to see the full chat thread that you had with Cooper, so we have access to all the information that you provided to Cooper.
It's very important to give Cooper all the information needed to resolve your request. This not only ensures that Cooper has the best opportunity to resolve your request without you waiting for one of our human team to get back to you, but also that if it cannot, our team have everything that they need to answer your question promptly.
Feature requests
If you have an idea for an improvement or new feature, you can submit a request or vote on existing suggestions within the Breww Community.
Help guides
This section links to Breww’s full Help Guides homepage, where you can access all documentation on various topics across Breww.
Viewing your existing support tickets
If you wish to view your closed and current tickets, the Existing support tickets button will take you to a page where you can view your support tickets.
FAQ's
How do I raise a support ticket?
To raise a support ticket, start with the "Ask a question" function. This will direct you to the Cooper, Breww's AI assistant.
When asking the AI, phrase your question clearly and fully—specific questions like "How do I create a product tag?" will yield better results than vague terms like "tags." The AI understands full questions and applies our documentation to provide answers.
If Cooper does not answer your question, you'll then have the option to ask it to submit a support ticket for you, which will land with one of our dedicated support team.
I think there is a bug!
If you think something is not working, you can report it to our support team by raising a support ticket through the Ask a question channel.
To quickly reach the ticket submission stage, try searching for "report an issue", "something is not working", or "there is a bug" when chatting to Cooper (our AI support assistant). This will allow you to quickly complete that step and submit your request directly to our dedicated support team.
If you don’t suspect a bug but just need help, please try searching or asking Cooper first — we may already have the answer to your query!
