Order processing
Sales orders flow seamlessly into the deliveries suite. From order raising, stock assignment and order dispatch, Breww tracks the entire process to ensure accuracy and traceability in your deliveries. Use the Breww mobile app to scan containers onto delivery runs, navigate from one drop to the next (with sat-navs such as Google Maps and Waze) and take proof-of-delivery (POD) signatures all from your phone.
Delivery route planning
Working out the most efficient route for your vehicles is now a thing of the past with Breww's intelligent AI routing function. Simply allow Breww to devise the best route for your vehicles and assign the relevant deliveries to them. With our Advanced Deliveries add-on, you can also take into account typical traffic levels (data licensed from TomTom), drop windows & more to produce the most efficient route and accurately predicate the time of arrival at each customer. Once sorted onto runs, you'll be able to access delivery manifests including all items required for a specific run as well as a suggested loading order to ensure you don't waste time searching for an item once at the customer's location. With Breww, you can also specify your delivery areas so that if a customer places an order and sits within a defined area, the order will automatically be placed onto the next planned run to that area.
Couriers & label generation
Handling your courier deliveries is also a breeze with Breww. All you need to do is assign deliveries to their relevant courier and Breww will generate a CSV file to allow you to print delivery labels via your courier's software. All deliveries going out on a specific courier can then be fulfilled, with 2 clicks, the moment their vehicle leaves your premises. If you've integrated Breww with your web-shop, this information will be immediately pushed there, so your customers have a consistent experience.
