Founded in 2017, HopLore Brewing produce a wide variety of high-quality small batch beers and seltzers. In keeping with their motto of, “Brewed with Imagination” they offer a host of non-traditional offerings with a series of Pastry Stouts, Smoothie Sours and Hard Seltzers alongside more traditional offerings of Pale Ales, Cream Ales and IPAs.
Why did you start using Breww?
To help us manage our operations in an "end-to-end" fashion from production scheduling to raw materials purchasing to batch monitoring to inventory to customer relationship management and to track sales as well as containers.

How has your business grown since using Breww?
Better inventory management has allowed us to grow taproom sales by 18.5% from last year. By integrating Breww sales reports into our demand forecasting tool we have exceeded a 98% customer satisfaction rate and grown our outside sales by over 5% from last year. We saw immediate sales growth once we started using Breww in March and have a much better picture of our raw material costs, profit margins, and "days on hand" of inventory.
Would you recommend Breww to others? If so what is it that would make you recommend it?
Yes. It is truly an end-to-end system with an affordable pricing model that scales as we grow our business. We have been able to export information from Breww into our demand planning tools to extend Breww's capabilities. And Breww's integration with other tools like QuickBooks and Fintech have simplified our account and payment processes.

The ease of getting started (even if your business is already "in motion") and the ease of use by non-technical members of our team.
What impact has Breww had on your business?
We manage our raw materials inventory more efficiently. We have an easy-to-access database of customer purchase history. We know where our kegs are. We get paid faster. We have a higher customer fulfilment rate. We know when to schedule production runs, and when we have gaps where we can schedule seasonal beers and collaborations.
What is your opinion of Breww’s customer service and why?
The onboarding process is very well thought out, and kudos to the support team for being there for us as we experienced the learning curve of a new system. Nearly everything else has been driven by us logging "tickets", which have always been promptly answered.
HopLore needed a brewery management software that integrated with key platforms to streamline its operations. The customer account integration with Quickbooks sped up onboarding, and the invoice/payment integration simplifies payment. HopLore was one of the first to utilize Breww's Fintech integration, saving time and making payments easier for customers and themselves.
