When it comes to CRM, activities, both past & present can be logged against customers, with repeatable tasks able to be set up for individual customers, ensuring you never miss that all-important sales call. Breww also has powerful tools for building and managing your sales funnel; tags can be added to customers to highlight where in the sales process they are, with custom filters allowing you to build dynamic customer lists to instantly sort through your database. Because the CRM suite in Breww is tightly coupled with the rest of the software, these lists can allow you to filter out customers on a huge range of parameters such as last order date, location or average spend. Quickly view the status of an order from the main screen to see whether it's been paid, delivered & invoiced and ensure you're not overselling stock with our intelligent stock management system. You can even automate steps, such as automatic invoicing upon delivery and automatic emailing of invoices and/or delivery notes.
