Open positions

Breww is the first truly cloud-based brewery management software platform in the UK. We started our journey in late 2018, and since then have grown to be one of the most respected partners in the industry (and the fastest growing). With over 100 breweries switching to Breww in the last year alone, we're soon to be the biggest in the industry too.

Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our growing team and to help our customers get the most out of Breww.

This highly visible role will be working alongside the Head of Sales to support the customer journey from sign-up, setup, data migration, training and ongoing customer support.

You will become an expert in the Breww platform and get to know our customers in order to identify ways the customer can use the tools more effectively to help them grow, save time and money.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, within a growing business that is welcoming new breweries every week.

An interest in craft beer and trying new beers will make this role even more rewarding, as you'll get to work alongside some of the best breweries in the UK and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome - after the initial sign-up has been completed by the sales team, you’ll guide the customer through the journey of account setup and migrating any existing data.
  • Training - provide customers with video-based training, links to help guides and useful hints and tips to all the relevant teams at the brewery.
  • Communication - keep customers regularly updated with new product features, bug fixes, training materials and more.
  • Community - be an active part of our online community, contributing advice, answering questions, and providing suggestions and tips.
  • Support - first-line response for the phone and ticket-based support system, answering customer questions, resolving issues wherever possible, and escalating to technical teams if required.
  • Engagement - monitor usage of the platform by customers and proactively seek ways to increase usage of the platform, using new add-ons and features.
Skills required
  • Communication - superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic & passionate - experience in dealing with customers or business accounts, empathising with their needs, identifying issues and devising solutions.
  • Presentation skills - write training presentations, how-to guides and materials for the online community & help centre.
  • Influence - make recommendations to customers, and promote new tools & features.
  • Team player - able to collaborate with others in the Breww team, brainstorming new ideas, understanding priorities, taking responsibility for actions and delivering on commitments.
  • IT skills - highly competent using email, calendar planning, Google Docs, Slack & other modern communication platforms, and able to quickly learn new applications and tools (training provided).
  • Able to grow & evolve skills - you’ll be working in a fast-paced, growing company, with the opportunity to take on new skills and responsibilities.
  • Experience working in a SaaS company is desirable, but not essential.
  • An understanding of how beer is produced would be useful, but not essential (training provided).
