How our integrations work
If you integrate Breww with one of our partner applications, here's what you can expect.
Accounting
All invoiced orders and credit notes created in Breww will be automatically synced up to your accounting platform. For all of our orders, we'll also do a two-way sync of payments so we will upload payments you add in Breww to your accounting platform and we'll also download any payments added directly to your accounting software back to Breww - so you can use your accounting software's built in payment reconciliation (where applicable). We will also sync your Breww customers to your accounting platform and in some cases product information. We don't download invoices from your accounting software which were not created originally by Breww.
Ecommerce
Do you manage an online shop? We can sync your stock levels in real-time to your online shop so that you never sell something you don't have. We will also download your orders into Breww so you can manage them from within Breww and when you mark them as delivered in Breww, we'll mark them as delivered in your online shop for you (and sync them to your accounting software too if you link Breww to that). By having your orders in Breww we can calculate your beer duty for you in the way which maximises your cash flow.
Trade sales
Our trade sales platform integrations work just like our ecommerce platform integrations. Please note, not all platforms support all features, due to limitations with the external platforms (e.g. SIBA does not support stock level syncing).
POS
Do you have a tap room, a pub or a bar? Our point-of-sale integrations mean Breww can download orders from your face-to-face sales to help you keep track of your stock levels, calculate your beer duty to be as cash efficient as possible, and sync the invoices up to your accounting software.
Marketing
Keeping on top of your marketing and customer communications is key to a successful business in 2024. With Breww you can ensure that your email marketing provider is always up-to-date with your customers and key information (such as "tags" and last order date). This allows you to build best-in-class email campaigns and marketing automation. Breww is the single source of truth, so no matter where your customer information comes from (be it by phone, in your tap room or from your online shop) it can all be synced through Breww to your email marketing platform.
Fermentation monitoring & control
Breww integrates with hardware solutions to enable monitoring, and in some cases control, of fermentation. We'll take regular readings of temperature, gravity, or other metrics supported by ourfermentation monitoring partners and log this data directly to your batches in Breww. We'll then provide graphing, analysis and batch comparisons to help you stay on track and resolve any issues quickly.The time saving verses manually entering this data into Breww is significant.
Payments
As standard Breww, can keep track of customer payments and import payments from your accounting platform, but with our payment integrations, you can even process payments directly within Breww. Please see the individual integrations for details on the payment methods supported.
Suppliers
Breww has an integration with Kegstar & Microstar, allowing you to easily submit information on container deliveries to your customers to Kegstar/Microstar. This can save huge amounts of time verses double-scanning containers or manually inputting this data. To use this, you must be using their newer "scanless" tracking system. We've more supplier integrations coming soon, so watch this space!
