Breww’s Kegstar integration makes it easy to report on Kegstar containers you’ve delivered. You can generate a detailed report to submit to Kegstar — and even have this report sent automatically for you!
How to enable the Kegstar integration
- Go to:
Integrations→Suppliers→Manage Kegstar & Microstar integration - Click:
Enable Kegstar integration
Configuring your settings
-
Once enabled, select the container types Kegstar provides from the dropdown menu.
-
If all your non-returnable containers of that type are supplied by Kegstar, you can leave the Non-returnable container brands option blank — this will include all non-returnable containers of that type in the report.
-
If you're using multiple suppliers for non-returnable kegs, or a single container type setup (see this article for more info), it’s best to set Kegstar up as a Container brand in Breww; you can do this under the Containers section.
-
Then, in the integration settings, select Kegstar under Non-returnable container brands. This ensures only kegs racked with the Kegstar brand selected are included in the report.
Generating & sending Kegstar reports
-
Once everything is set up, you’ll be able to run a report for a chosen date range showing all Kegstar deliveries where the order has been completed.
-
Note: If you've configured Kegstar as a container brand but haven't started selecting it during racking, the report will return no results until you begin packaging and fulfilling orders with that brand selected.
Automating Report Delivery
-
To automatically email the report to Kegstar, click Enable automated report emails.
-
You can also send the report manually using the Manually send report email button.
