Couriers and Breww Paid add-on

Book the courier from the order that is already in Breww.

The address, the products and the package count are already on the delivery. Breww books the carrier, returns the label as a PDF and keeps the tracking on that delivery, so dispatch stops re-typing orders into a carrier portal and sales stops digging through one to answer "where is it".

Six things you can do with courier bookings

All from the delivery record, none of it in a portal.

Book without opening a portal

Pick the courier and service on the delivery and Breww sends the shipment details across. The address and package count come from the order, so nothing is re-keyed.

Get the label back as a PDF

Label creation returns the PDF and the tracking reference against the consignment, ready to print or reprint later without booking again.

Print one pack for the bench

Labels can be produced in bulk and courier pages interleaved with your own Breww package labels, so a batch of shipments is one print run.

Answer "where is it" in Breww

Tracking codes and parcel events sit on the consignment, with expected and delivered dates when the carrier supplies them, so sales does not need a carrier login.

Change your mind before it ships

Swap the courier or service on the delivery. Where the carrier supports cancelling, Breww cancels the booking; where it does not, the cancellation is recorded in Breww so staff can tell the difference.

Keep a route for every other carrier

A carrier-neutral CSV export covers anyone outside the connected set, including pallet hauliers, and needs no add-on.

Every carrier you can book, in full

You book through the carrier account you already hold, so you keep the rate you negotiated and pay them directly. The services your team can choose from are the ones your own account offers.

Using a carrier that is not on the list?

Breww exports a carrier-neutral CSV of the deliveries you select, ready to bulk-upload into any portal. It is on every plan, in every country, with or without the add-on, so pallet hauliers and local firms still get their addresses without anyone typing them.

What shows up when you book

Services are read from your connected account, so the choices your team sees are the ones you can actually sell.

Courier setup guide

Connecting your couriers

Three steps, and the carrier accounts stay yours.
01

Add the add-on

Courier Integrations is a paid add-on. Switch it on from your billing settings; the pricing page shows what it costs before you do.

02

Connect your carrier accounts

Add the accounts you already hold with each carrier and choose which of their services your team can pick from. You keep the rates you negotiated and pay the carrier directly.

03

Set up your label printing

Decide how courier labels sit alongside Breww's own package labels, then book one real shipment and follow it through.

Get started

See a booking, before you commit to anything

Tell us which carriers you ship with and we will tell you which of them are on the list, then walk your dispatch team through booking, labels and tracking on a demo brewery. Connecting your own carrier accounts happens at setup, not on the call.

Tell us where you are based so we can match you with the right person.
