The Breww Trade Store
The Breww Trade Store is a private trade platform that lets your customers order from you any time of day or night without needing to email or phone. Using the Trade Store, your customers can go from needing beer to having beer ordered with their favourite brewery (you) in under a minute.
Your products and prices stay hidden from the public. Nobody can see your store until you let them in, and every customer sees their own price book, their own discounts and their own ordering rules.

What does it cost?
Nothing. The Breww Trade Store is included with your Breww subscription. There's no monthly fee, no commission on sales and no limit on the orders you take through it. See Trade store pricing and fair use.
Where to find it in Breww
Click Trade store in the main menu. That takes you to your store's dashboard, and everything else sits behind the two menus at the top right of it:
- Growth for inviting customers, new customer forms and a printable QR poster.
- Settings & tools for every settings page, the drink and product setup tool, and the list of all your stores.
While anybody is waiting for a decision on their application, the Trade store menu item carries a badge.
Getting set up
Setting up a store is a guided wizard, and it usually takes no more than a couple of hours to have something you're happy to show a customer. You won't need a web developer.
Nobody can see your store until you invite them, so you can build it, browse it as one of your own customers and change your mind as often as you like before anyone else sets eyes on it.

Trade store information elsewhere in Breww
- On a drink's page, the Trade store tab reports, for each of your stores, whether the drink has a customer facing description and image, and how many of its products are actually available to buy, with a link straight into the setup tool.
- On a product's page, the Breww Trade Store tab shows a breakdown of that product's listing on each of your stores. Alias, derived and guest beers products can be added to the trade store too.
- On a customer's page, the Breww Trade Store tab shows their access, which ordering rules apply to them, and the current contents of their basket, which is ideal if they ring you mid-order.
- Orders placed through a store arrive as ordinary Breww orders, recorded against the store they came from.
