Breww's free optimisation sequences your drops by distance. Advanced Deliveries swaps in a full road-network solver, with optional TomTom historical traffic data where it's available, so you get driving distances and times, an ETA at every drop, driver breaks and the gap between stops. If the day runs late, the ETAs recalculate from the stop you're on.
The hours a customer can take a delivery live on their record on every Breww plan. Advanced Deliveries is what puts them to work: optimisation plans within them, so nobody arrives at a locked cellar door. Drop time is set per customer type, so unloading at a pub is given longer than a bottle shop. Priority groups go on the van first, so the account you can't afford to miss is the one you're sure of.
Some drops need a tail-lift, a chiller or two people. Mark the requirement and Breww only routes that drop to a vehicle that qualifies, picks its stock for that vehicle, and keeps you inside the weight limit. A speed factor per vehicle tunes it against the routing engine, so an older van hands out honest ETAs rather than optimistic ones.
A tab per vehicle and run, and any order not yet on a run flagged before the drivers leave. Send a van out twice when one trip won't hold the load, with the loading turnaround built into the plan. Vehicles can start and finish somewhere other than the brewery, and you pick what the day optimises for: the fastest finish, or the fewest vehicles. In the UK, Breww warns you a month before a vehicle's road tax or MOT runs out.

Because the run is planned on real driving times, the ETA is tight enough to promise. Breww splits a window around each stop's predicted arrival, 1 hour by default and as wide as you're comfortable with, and sends it in your own SMS and email wording. A 10:30 arrival becomes 10:00 to 11:00.
Pick one of 3: SMS where there's a mobile number and email where there isn't, SMS only, or email only. Nobody gets both. It's one action for the whole run: Breww works through the stops in drop order, then tells you what sent, what failed, and who's missing a number or an address.
Notifications stay off until you switch them on, and each batch goes when your dispatcher says so, to the contacts you've tagged for delivery updates, so a wholesaler's accounts inbox isn't copied in on every pallet. Emails are free. SMS is charged per message, and the price for the destination country is on screen for you to confirm before anything leaves.
Signature capture comes with every Breww plan, against the invoice and delivery note. Advanced Deliveries adds photos: the driver snaps what was left and where, and it stays on the order. When a customer queries a delivery weeks later, the answer is a timestamped photo, not a phone call to a driver who's already somewhere else.
The photo, the signature, the completion time and the containers scanned all sit on the order, next to the invoice being disputed and the container history. Finance answers it themselves, the same day, instead of waiting for a driver to come off the road.
Drivers work the run in Breww's iOS and Android app: drops and uplifts in order, addresses handed to their usual sat-nav, barcode scanning to assign containers, and an on-screen signature. That is in every plan at no extra cost. Advanced Deliveries adds the photo proof of delivery on top.
