What Breww syncs
For every customer (and, optionally, every customer contact) Breww pushes a rich set of fields to your marketing platform. This means you can segment, personalise and automate campaigns using live Breww data without ever needing to export a spreadsheet.
Fields synced include:
- Identity -- email address, first name, last name, business name.
- Relationships -- customer type, parent company, price book, delivery areas, tags.
- Location -- full delivery address plus latitude and longitude, so you can segment by geography or distance.
- Ordering behaviour -- last order date, average order value, number of invoiced orders.
- Order predictions -- next expected order date, contact-after date, churn probability and overdue probability. These come from Breww's built-in order predictions and churn risk model and let you build truly data-driven campaigns (see the platform-specific guides for segmentation ideas).
How lists work
In Breww, you decide exactly who gets synced to each list (Mailchimp calls these "audiences"; Klaviyo calls them "lists"):
- All customers, or a specific customer list built with a BrewwQL filter.
- Customers only, contacts only, or both.
- Which tags you want to sync.
Breww syncs each list automatically every day, and you can trigger an immediate sync from the list management page at any time.
Breww will never send emails from your Mailchimp or Klaviyo account. The integration only keeps your audience data in sync -- you still design and send campaigns from inside the marketing platform.
