New Mexico Ferments is a kombucha producer based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. We have been in business for just over 5 years and sell our products in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Taos areas. We manage all of our own distribution and are constantly looking for ways we can improve on our administrative side as well as production side.
Why did you start using Breww?
We have been looking for several years trying to find an affordable software solution to help us manage orders, inventory, and customer information. As well as give us increased visibility into our COGS. I'm so grateful we found Breww!

I've been so impressed with many aspects of Breww. But if we had to narrow it down to one, the feature which has been most impressive for us is Advanced Deliveries and its distribution tracking capabilities. It is what we have always wanted and needed for our business.
Using Breww to manage this at New Mexico Ferments saves us countless hours mapping routes, putting together pick lists, loading our vans, and following up on invoicing. Breww works seamlessly!
How has your business grown since using Breww?
We have only been using the software for about a month, and I've already freed up hours of admin time each week, allowing us to focus more on sales and customer service. We have been able to more effectively follow up on leads and plan visits to existing customers into our routes...and we are already seeing an increase in our sales as a direct result!
Would you recommend Breww to other breweries?
Absolutely. The software works really well, and everything is put together in such a smart and logical way. It is easy to figure out and get going quickly. Also, the support from the team is amazing.
