Paul started brewing in 2017, much like most people, as a homebrewer. He and his wife were running their own restaurant and thought it would be an idea to see if they could sell the beers to their restaurant customers. This proved to be a success so, to meet local demand, in 2019, The Broken Seal Taproom in Stevenage High St was born. The brewing operation has expanded every year and offers a diverse range of beers, from fresh juicy IPAs to strong chocolate porters.

We are the only brewer based in Stevenage and are dedicated to bringing happiness into peoples lives through our lovingly created Six Hills Brews
