# Sales person reporting

You can report on your sales team's performance in Breww using a variety of reports, depending on the type of data you'd like to view:

## **Sales by Sales person**

This is a pre-built report found under **Reporting** → **Pre-built sales reports**. It provides an overview of sales figures (by value and litres) for each sales person, along with other useful insights into their performance.

## **All Sales Report**

This report shows all orders raised by each salesperson and what was sold. You can view this as a **simple table**, or use one of the **pivot analysis** templates to view the data in a more structured way.

A good starting point is the *"Breakdown by quarter and month, by salesperson"* option. After running the report, you can select **Configure pivot** to customise the layout to your needs.

## **Aggregate Data Report Builder**

There are several sales-focused aggregate reports available here, such as the **Sales (orders/invoices)** report. These reports allow you to view sales data grouped by salesperson and other criteria.

## **Raw Data Explorer**

Similar to the aggregate report builder, the Raw Data Explorer contains a **Sales** category where you can build detailed reports. You can include fields such as sales person, and apply filters using **BrewwQL** to target specific sales team member performances.
