# EKegPlus integration

The **EKegPlus integration** streamlines your packaging process between Breww and EKegPlus, reducing admin work and improving efficiency.

## How to Enable the EKegPlus Integration

While most of the setup is completed in EKegPlus, there are a few steps required in Breww:

1. Go to **Integrations** -> **Suppliers** -> **Manage EKegPlus integration**.
2. Generate a **Breww API Key** (a link to do this is provided on the integration page).
3. Use this API key to complete the integration setup within the **EKegPlus app**. EKegPlus will handle the registration process.
4. Once complete, return to the **Manage EKegPlus integration** page in Breww and refresh it to confirm the connection.

## What Happens Once Integrated?

### **1. Batch Planning & Container Forecasting**

- Planned batches and packagings created in Breww are automatically sent to EKegPlus.
- This data is used by EKegPlus to visually forecast your container requirements over the next **three months**.

### **2. Packaging**

- When packaging from a vessel in Breww, a **Package with EKegPlus** button will appear.
- Selecting this will generate a **reference number** (do not close this page, as this will abort the packaging).
- In the **EKegPlus app**, open the scanner and select **Breww Packaging**, then scan your containers.
- Once completed, return to Breww:
  - The **"Number of non-returnable containers packaged"** field will be automatically populated based on the containers scanned (so you will not need to manually enter this into Breww).
  - EKegPlus will update its forecasting module to reflect the containers used.
- You can then dispatch these containers in Breww as usual.
